NO VAT Terms & Conditions

NO VAT OFFER (Spring 18)-TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Supply only offer, can not be used with our installation service.
3. Can not be used with existing quotations/invoices.
4. No survey service for ‘supply only’ stoves.
5. Subject to availability.
6. Payment required in full with order.
7. Offer starts 10th March 17 and ends 30th March 18.
8. Offer only applies to electric, wood burning or multi fuel stoves that we have manufacturer contracts with.
9. Collection from showroom.
10. Stoves are ordered from manufacturer specifically for each customer, therefore a wait may be of approximately 2 weeks for delivery but subject to change.
11. Restocking charge will be made if exchanged or cancelled.
12. VAT FREE offer or NO VAT mean the total payable is the pre-VAT total of the order. To comply with the law we must still charge and show VAT. Even though we display the VAT on your order, the total amount you pay is the pre-VAT total.
For example, if you order an item costing £100 ex VAT. The total you would normally pay is £120 inc VAT. When we are running a VAT FREE promotion, we deduct the price of the item down to £83.33. Therefore when we add the VAT, the total you pay is £100 which would be the original price ex VAT.
