*Please note we trade 7 days a week but our showroom is only open to the public at certain times as stated above. If you are traveling a distance it is a good idea to call or email us in advance with a date and time you intend to visit.
*Bioethanol stoves and accessories are delivered directly to you from our suppliers and no stock is held at our showroom. If you order a stove and/or bio accessories these will be delivered in separate packages by different couriers on different occasions. (*There are delays on the majority of bio product deliveries at present as most models are made in China and are imported. Please read here for detailed Bioethanol delivery information and time scales.)
