We run a family business that has gained over 35 years of experience. Lara has grown up in the stove industry working along side her grandfather, father mother and now son. Andrew joined the industry in 2007 and is the 'Stove Oracle'. With a teams of Hetas qualified installer The Stove House can give you a service you can reply on.

We have tried and tested many products over the years and will give you our professional and honest opinion, therefore we only sell stoves we are happy to put our name against. Over the years we have heard many stories of liners being installed upside down, gas flues used for solid fuel appliances, single skin pipe where insulated pipe should have been used and so on. Unfortunately, customers are unaware of these things until its too late. The installers have been paid and are long gone and you are left with paying out more money to get it fixed. You are dealing with fire and peoples lives and this should be taken very seriously and no shortcuts should be made.

A survey should be carried out by a HETAS registered company before any installation is made and ensure to read their reviews and visit their showroom so you get to meet them in person and see their actual premises.
